考核(分数)说明:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
1、本分值是你在婴国的能力的体现,也是你销售提成和星级导购评定的依据。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
2、导购员绩效考核评分分别由:小组长、店助、店长三个管理层考核打分组成。经理监督报总经理审批。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
3、为了体现公平、公正。评分必须单独完成,不得交流。如发现误差太大由经理组织讨论协调。各管理层评分占比:小组长/20%  店助/30%  店长/50% (没店长的,店助各占40%、组长得分由店助和店长评分)                   得分换算如下:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
▲你的当月得分=小组长给的分数+店助给的分数+店长给的分数   例如:                                               你的当月得分=小组长给的分数17+店助给的分数19+店长给的分数20=56分                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
▲你的当月销售提成=小组总销售提成金额÷小组总得分×个人得分  例如:                                                 你的当月销售提成=小组总销售提成金额/900元÷小组总得分/9人共得分531分×个人得分59分=99.9元                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
5、考核分值达到60分为星级导购,享受星级导购待遇。(★星级导购)星级导购佩戴星级导购工作牌,星级导购不另外单项奖励。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
6、★星级为:60~69分,★★星级:70~79分,★★★星为:80~89分,★★★★星为90~99分,★★★★★星为100分。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
7、导购员绩效考核每月一次,考核时间为每月的1~3日各管理层评分,4~6日部门经理审核汇总送交财务,10号前报总经理审批后随工资发放。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
8、新加入导购第一个月可以参加评分,但不能享受分值提成,只能作为工作表现参考。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
9、连续获得星级导购的,是作为晋升的主要依据。小组长连续3次未能升为星级导购,取消组长职位。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
10、连续3个月在小组里得分最低的,作调职处理。当月当班不足20天的可以参加评分但不能参加销售提成。销售业绩算入小组。
