面试酒店领班常遇问题
一、你为什么会选择从事酒店行业?
问题解释：这个问题是希望从你的回答中得知你对这个行业的相关认知，而你认知的多少则可以反映出你在选择时头脑清晰度。
参考回答：酒店是最能体现个性化、人情化服务的一个综合场所，它不仅要求职工需要一定的职能技巧，更要求职工具备接人待物应有的心态，我认为我在酒店行业会更加锻炼自己。
二、为什么会离开原来的公司?
问题解释：他想了解你对原先公司的看法，和离职的原因，是否因为个人工作不好被公司开除?是否因为和上级关系不和被公司开除?
参考回答：原先的公司是xx样的一个公司，公司的福利待遇都相当不错，我在公司已任职二年之久，离开公司我也挺怀念的，但我一直想圆我的大学梦，所以不得不在去年七月份辞去工作去读书去了。(理由可以很多，但要选择一些物理性的原因，而非自身与公司之间的原因)
三、你到人们酒店有什么目标吗?
问题解释：即想问你在酒店里你有什么样的发展计划。想优化自己到何种程度，不要讲些客人就是上帝什么空洞的话，那些书本上有，给人不真实。
