第一步：认识自己。

Choose a personal anecdote that illustrates your personality in a creative way. Employers want to hear about your accomplishments, and a personalized story helps you stand out. The story should take about 20 seconds to complete.

用有趣的方式讲一个能体现个人特点的故事。雇主想要听的是你取得的成绩，个性化的故事能帮助你脱颖而出。个人故事的时间最好控制在20秒内。

第三步：事先演练

Practice your speech with a timer to make sure it is less than a minute. Read it to family and friends and solicit suggestions. Record and review your speech using a video camera. Pay attention to your mannerisms and projection of your voice. Smile and speak clearly.

Now i will introduce myself briefly I am 23 years old,born in shenzhen .

I was graduated from shenzhen university. my major is electronic.and i will got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2015.

I spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.

In July 2015, I begin work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in shenzhen city.Because I'm capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job.

And in August 2004,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer.Because I want to change my working environment, I'd like to find a job which is more challenging. Morover Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.

During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product. In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.
