　　Leo Tolstoy once said, everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing himself.

　　He is right. We always have great plans and dreams in our minds… too ready to achieve something grand that changes the world or benefits all of mankind .For example; we hate pollution and have made up our minds to find new energy sources that keep the environment clean. Yet we still litter on the ground. We complain about traffic jams, so we plan to build more highways to solve the problem, but it never occurs to us that our failure to follow traffic regulations is the leading cause of this situation. We are so concerned that the violence in the media has a bad impact on our children, we urge the government to set laws to protect them. But, do we, as adults, set a good example for our kids? We use nasty words and even spit on the ground in front of them, I dare to say, we harm more! In my opinion, before we decide to change the world, we had better change ourselves first. As ordinary individuals, we do not have the power to change the world. But we can change our habit of littering, spitting, cussing, we can respect the environment around us, we must act as good models for our kids.

　　If each of us does all of these little things, all of us, millions and millions of individuals together, together we will be strong …strong enough to change our world!

　　So please, the next time you do something, think how your actions influence not only you, but those around you too, especially our children …and perhaps more importantly…our planet!

Unfortunately, however, this attitude will do you no good, because if you will have no courage even to face them, how can you conquer them? Thus, be optimistic, ladies and gentlemen, as it can give you confidence and help you see yourself through the hard times, just as Winston Churchill once said, “An optimist sees an opportunity in every calamity; a pessimist sees a calamity in every opportunity.”

　　Ladies and Gentlemen, keeping optimistic, you will be able to realize, in spite of some hardship, there’s always hope waiting for you, which will lead you to the ultimate success. Historically as well as currently, there are too many optimists of this kind to enumerate. You see, Thomas Edison is optimistic; if not, the light of hope in his heart could not illuminate the whole world. Alfred Nobel is optimistic; if not, the explosives and the prestigious Nobel Prize would not have come into being. And Lance Armstrong is also optimistic; if not, the devil of cancer would have devoured his life and the world would not see a 5-time winner of the Tour De France.

　　A rose may be beautiful, or maybe not; that depends on your attitude only, and so does success, so does life. Hindrances and difficulties do exist, but if you are optimistic, then they are only episodes on your long way to the throne of success; they are more bridges than obstacles! Now I prefer to end my speech with the great British poet Shelley’s lines: “If winter comes, can spring be far behind?” Thank you!

　　One night, I complained to my mom about the lack of time. Finally she said,＂you are short of time just because you waste precious minutes on complaints and anxiety. The point is, no matter how full your schedule is, if you try really hard, you can always fit in some thing more.＂

　　It is the same with filling the jar. Even if you place a dozen fist-sized rocks and a bucket of gravel into the jar, there is still space for sand and water between the rocks and gravel.

　　The lack of time is just the excuse for my negligence of every single minute. I believe that the great dividing line between success and failure can be expressed in six words,＂I did not have enough time.＂The fact is I do have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein. The point is I have never touched upon the real meaning of life which lies in snatching, seizing and enjoying every minute of it. No idleness, no delay, no procrastination, no complaint! It is during my moments of complaining or hesitation that my destiny is shaped. Once I make full use of every moment, I believe that, my worries will be gradually cut down to nothing.

　　Time is the most valuable of all our possessions, but the most perishable as well. As Henry David Thoreau said,＂You must live in the present, launch yourself on every wave, find your eternity in each moment.＂

　　Whenever I feel the lack of time in the future, I will tell myself ＂Carpe diem , seize the day, make every moment count.＂

Last week, thousands of my fellow students had their blood type tested in order to make a contribution for the children who suffer from blood cancer.

　　As college students, we are adolescents at the critical turning point in our lives. We all face a fundamental choice: cynicism or faith, each will profoundly impact our future, or even the future of our country. I believe in all my fellow classmates. Though we are still inexperienced and even a little bit childish. I believe that we have the courage and faith to meet any challenge and take on our responsibilities. 　　职专三年得到的不仅是一张文凭，更多的是应该是知识和能力的增长。作为一名职专毕业生，毕业也不仅仅是一条“谋职“路可走，同时还有考研、留学、但是你有没有想过创业呢？别以为自己两手空空，白手起家，其实资本就在你的脑袋里！职专毕业生，白手亦可起家！

　　创业是每一个职专毕业生必须拥有的一段经历，它使我们在实践中了解社会、在实践中巩固知识；创业又是对每一位职专毕业生专业知识的一种检验，它让我们学到了很多在课堂上根本就学不到的知识，既开阔了视野，又增长了见识，为我们以后进一步走向社会打下坚实的基础，也是我们走向工作岗位的第一步。

　　考虑创业已经很久了，看了关于这方面的资料已很多。对自己的将来已经有了很充分的打算。在中国，创业，有很多好的项目，可以说，任何一个小的在小的再不起眼的东西，如果真的干好了都会成功的。中国就是这样，地大物博，什么都充满着商机。我们看看，北京这么繁华的城市，做那些那买卖的都是外地人，比如擦皮鞋、买冰棍什么的，在北京本地人看，都是让人瞧不起的，都是让别人看做是有点的东西，的买卖，但在他们眼里这确实自己崇高的事业，毕竟他们要某生，既然要生存就得拉下脸强忍着劲干。不排除机遇和运气，单就是他们自己的毅力和信念，都是他们以后成功最大的法宝了。然而后来，他们真的.有成功的，这就是福，这就是当初他们不干人后，做出的抉择。这也就是中国市场之所大的最好的表现。蒙牛集团的老总牛根生，当初有什么，当初是如何起家的，非常的辛苦，穷孩子呀，50块钱被卖到城里，后来一步一步的开始了自己的人生打算。看每一个例子，无不体现着各个商机的存在。

　　中国人说：[塞翁失马，焉知非福]在每一个失败中都含有成功的因子，我相信从失败中学到的东西，要比成功中学到的东西多。

　　会计本来就是烦琐的工作。在学习期间，我曾觉得整天要对着那枯燥无味的账目和数字而心生烦闷、厌倦，以致于登账登得错漏百出。愈错愈烦，愈烦愈错，这只会导致“雪上加霜”。反之，只要你用心地做，反而会左右逢源。越做越觉乐趣，越做越起劲。梁启超说过：凡职业都具有趣味的，只要你肯干下去，趣味自然会发生。因此，做账切忌：粗心大意，马虎了事，心浮气躁。做任何事都一样，需要有恒心、细心和毅力，那才会到达成功的彼岸！

　　作为自身而言，处在这个与时俱进的经济大潮时代，作为一名财会专业的学员，在校学习期间应更好的学好财会专业里的专业知识，打好理论基础；在财务实习的时候按要求认真参与每一个实习的机会，总结实际操作中的经验和积累学习中自身的不足，密切关注和了解会计工作发展的最新动向，为以后即将从事的会计工作打下坚实的基础，当自己走出校园，成为一名名副其实的财会专业人才，在大浪淘沙中让自己能够找到自己屹立之地，让自己的所学为社会经济作出自己应有的贡献。

　　罗马并非一日建成，成功更非一蹴而就。为了自己，为了在毕业以后找到好的工作。我们是时候该充实自己，完善自己了。一起努力吧！只有全心奋斗，才有满心收获。

　　When we are appreciating the passionate melody of Gloria Estefan, we could hardly imagine that she could return to the stage after her paralysis. In the year 1990, this Cuban singer was knocked down in a traffic accident, and the doctor declared that she might never walk again. But Gloria did not give up and kept up constant exercising. Just one year after the disaster, she stood up again and presented this encouraging song at the Atlanta Olympics.

　　Whenever I think of Gloria, I can’t help recalling my memory seven years ago, when I first entered university. Naturally shy, ordinary looking, average scores in study, just like an ugly duckling, I seemed to be the least outstanding one in my class. And the successive failures in the beginning led me into despair. “Am I destined to take the back seat to others?” Unwilling to submit to the fate, I paid more efforts on my study as well as many other activities, film dubbing, recital, drama… cause I just want to catch every little opportunity to prove myself. Constant effort yields sure success. Thanks to the competition, I received some awards and most of all, I gained the courage and confidence to face any difficulties in my life journey.

　　当我们在欣赏葛罗莉亚伊斯特芬那充满激情的旋律，我们很难想象她能从瘫痪中回到舞台。1990年这个古巴歌手遭遇车祸，医生说她可能再也没办法走路了。可是葛罗莉亚并没有放弃希望，坚持做恢复训练。在灾难后仅仅一年，她又站起来了，并且在亚特兰大奥运会上唱响了这首鼓舞人心的歌曲。

　　每当我想起葛罗莉亚的时候，我禁不住回忆起七年前我刚进入大学的时候。天性害羞，相貌平平，成绩一般，就像一只丑小鸭，我是班上最不起眼的一个。而且在刚开学时一连串的失败让我陷入绝望。“难道我注定要给别人当配角吗？” 不愿意向这个命运屈服，我更加努力的`学习并且参加许多其他的活动，电影配音、朗诵、戏剧…因为我想抓住任何一个微小的机会来证实我自己。不懈的努力终会带来成功。我从竞赛中获得了一些奖励，最重要的是，我从中得到了面对人生一切困难的勇气和决心。

　　大学教育对我的意义

　　今天我演讲的题目是“大学教育对我的意义”。回顾思索着逝去的两年半的大学生活，我渐渐认识到大学教育对我产生的巨大影响。

　　对我来说，大学教育犹如一位技艺精湛的造船师，从船头至船尾地塑造了我。
