it is important for you to learn some knowledge about first aid in your daily life. if a person has an accident, he needs medical care before a doctor can be found. when you give first aid, you must pay attention to three things. first, when a person stops breathing, open his/her mouth and see if there is food at the bulk of his/her mouth. second, if a person cannot breathe, do you best to start his/her breathing at once, using a mouth to mouth way. third, if a person is hurt badly, try at once to stop the bleeding. then take him/her to a doctor. if a person loses one third of his/her blood, he/she may die.

many accidents may happen at home. all parents should know first aid in order to deal with common injuries which may happen to their children. when a person is bitten by an animai, wash the wound with cold running water before he/she is taken to see a doctor. when a person is burnt, wash and cool the area of the skin under the cold tap for a while. then put a piece of dry clean cloth over the burn. if the person is badly burnt, take him/her to the doctor. if a person cuts his/her finger, clean it and put a piece of pa-pe-r round the cut. every bodyrshould know some first aid in order to save othe people＇s lives.

【第一篇】珍爱生命预防溺水

人的生命只有一条，岂能让溺水志这一回事让更多的人离开这个世界呢!我们要顽强抵抗，我们的生命不能白白牺牲，就像陶渊明说的“一生能复几，倏如流电惊晋”。

今天，我听校长说：上个学期，有一个低年级的学生在河边洗脚，不小心把一个鞋子掉到河里了，就去捡那个鞋，地很滑，人就掉到河里了，幸亏有个学生看见了，就大声喊“救命”这两个字，就有个大人听见了，就急忙跑过去，学生说：“有个低年级的学生掉到河里了。大人急忙走下去，把学生救起来了，幸好还可以进行及时抢救。所以我希望大家都不要去河边游泳了。

游泳时必须遵守以下的规矩：一、游泳前必须做好热身运动。二、水下不明时，不要跳水。

【第二篇】溺水

今天，我和爸爸去游泳，之前我都是用游泳圈有的，这次爸爸把游泳圈放在了一旁，让我自己游，爸爸看到我不敢放手游泳，就对我说：“你要勇敢点，有老爸在你身边呢。”爸爸用大大的手拖着我，我用手用力的划，脚用力地蹬，爸爸突然撒手不管我了，我一下子就像石头一样沉下了底，我一下子就站了起来，我还是不用游泳圈游，本想能简单游泳，既然溺水了，我也不游了。

【第三篇】一旦溺水赴黄泉，悔之已晚恨无穷

水，是生命之源，如果地球上没有水，人类就会死去。但是水也给人带来了危害，如洪水、海啸等，但目前发生最多的还是溺水事件。

其实很多溺水事件是可以避免的，就因为有的同学逞强好胜，因体力不支而溺水，有的同学到水深的地方游泳而发生危险，还有的同学游泳技术不佳，没有经过家长同意就去游泳而发生溺水事故。

人的生命是宝贵的，人生只有短短的几十年，一眨眼就过去了，大家应该珍惜生命，不要浪费年华。记得今年的一天，我在家里闲得无聊，可许多又小又黑的苍蝇在我面前飞来飞去，于是我拿起双手，用拱着的双手抓住了一只苍蝇。我只要将手轻轻一合，这只苍蝇就会死在我手中，可苍蝇仍旧拼命地挣扎，努力逃脱，我被苍蝇这种热爱生命，珍惜生命的行为感动了，情不自禁张开了手，放走了苍蝇。连苍蝇都懂得珍惜生命，何况我们人类呢?所以我们要热爱生命，阻止溺水事件的发生，那我们应该怎样阻止呢?首先我们一定不要到无安全设施、无救护人员的水域游泳，遇到有人溺水，应大声呼救，而不是害怕逃走，没有呼救，使溺水的人失去救援机会而死亡，也不是看到有人溺水，不管三七二十一，就跳下去救人，这样有可能两人都会因溺水而亡。

【第四篇】那次溺水给我的教训

湖水清凉、酷暑难耐。每逢这个季节，人们都忍不住想到沟渠、江河、湖海中去畅游一番。然而，就在江河、湖畔给人们带来欢快、娱乐之际，却也隐藏着许多我们看不见的危险，这突然而至的危险，会使疏于防患的我们后悔、悲痛一辈子。

记得那是去年的一个夏天，我和同伴又跟往常一样来到河边，“扑哧”一声双脚一跃就跳入了水中，在尽情的享受了河水的清凉和惬意之后，我们开始游上河岸。已经上岸的我，忽然发现仍然没上岸的同伴在水中扑腾、挣扎着，身体在往水中下沉。事情紧急，我来不及多想，“啪”的一声就跃入了水中，直接游向同伴，当我还没弄清楚怎么回事时，她已经爬在了我的背上，双手死死的掐住了我的脖子，使我不仅出气不得，身体还被她压得一个劲的直往下沉，口中还不停的直呛水，折腾了几番之后，马上我就被弄得精疲力尽，我意识到自己的生命受到了威胁，情急之下，我连忙使劲摔开她的手，赶紧游上了岸。我不敢再下河去拉她，看着她在河中挣扎，惊慌失措的我拾起身后菜地里的一根豆角芊就伸向了她，这才把她拉上了岸。半天，两人吓得什么话也没有说，好久了，她才告诉我这场危险是由于她突然小腿抽筋引起的。防溺水安全教育作文。

事情虽然过去这么久了，可我仍然觉得心有余悸，不敢随随便便的下河游泳。经过这次溺水事件之后，我从中积累了许多经验和教训，我真想告诉所有喜欢下河游泳的人，当有人溺水需要求救时，我们不能冒然下水营救，我们应该知道：出于一个人求生的本能，溺水者往往会在惊慌失措之中死死抓住一切能够抓住的东西，包括施救者，使我们也有可能落于危险之中。这时，需要我们正确的估计自己的营救能力，如果两者的力量悬殊，我们可以一边呼救，一边下水救人。如果我们自身的营救条件不足，下水营救只会多赔上一条性命，这时，我们要学会立即大声呼救，同时要寻找身边或周围一切可能救助的工具，例如救生圈、竹竿、木板等物品，并把它们抛或递给溺水者，帮助其上岸。以工具救人不仅能将我们的危险系数降到最低，还能使溺水者获得更多求生的机会。如果在万不得已的情况之下，需要我们直接下水去救人，我们最好是等到对方挣扎无力之后再进行施救，并且救人时不应正面接触对方，如对方失去意识，应游至对方背后将其手臂反转拖带出水面，再进行施救。

生活之中，我们常常会遭遇到许多不备而至的危险，如果我们能够多学习和多掌握一些自救或防灾、减灾的知识和本领，我想当我们在面对灾难之时，我们就不会那么的惊慌失策、手足无措了。人的生命是宝贵的!属于人的生命只有一次，关爱生命就应该从我做起，从防患做起!那么请你、请我们最亲爱的同学一定要记住：“我防溺水有高招，大人陪伴第一招;游前热身第二招，伸手踢腿弯弯腰，预备动作不可少;解除抽筋第三招，赶紧上岸很重要，喝补糖水解疲劳。防溺措施要知道，不可逞能不骄傲，安全二字要记牢，远离危险平安好。”

1、下水迅速救上岸

由于孩子溺水并可能造成死亡的过程很短，所以应以最快的速度将其从水里救上岸。

若孩子溺入深水，抢救者宜从背部将其头部托起或从上面拉起其胸部，使其面部露出水面，然后将其拖上岸。

2、清除口鼻里的堵塞物

孩子被救上岸后，使孩子头朝下，立刻撬开其牙齿，用手指清除口腔和鼻腔内杂物，再用手掌迅速连续击打其肩后背部，让其呼吸道畅通，并确保舌头不会向后堵住呼吸通道。

3、倒出呼吸道内积水

将溺水儿童俯卧置于抢救者肩部，使其头足下垂，抢救者作跑动姿态就可倾出其呼吸道内积水。清理积水的同时，先要用手清除溺水儿童的咽部和鼻腔里的泥沙及污物，以保持呼吸道畅通。注意倾水的时间不宜过长，以免延误心肺复苏。

4、水吐出后人工呼吸

对呼吸及心跳微弱或心跳刚刚停止的溺水者，要迅速进行口对口 (鼻)式的人工呼吸，同时做胸外心脏按压，分秒必争，千万不可只顾倾水而延误呼吸心跳的抢救，尤其是开始数分种。抢救工作最好能有两个人来进行，这样人工呼吸和胸外按摩才能同时进行。如果只有一个人的话，两项工作就要轮流进行，即每人工呼吸一次就要胸外按摩3到5次。并尽快与医疗急救机构联系。

5、吸氧

事故现场如果具备较好的医疗条件，可对溺水者注射强心药物及吸氧。现场如有呼吸兴奋剂可拉明、洛贝林等可立即注射;现场没有兴奋剂则用手或针刺患儿的人中等穴位。

6、喝下热茶水

经现场初步抢救，若溺水者呼吸心跳已经逐渐恢复正常，可让其喝下热茶水或其它营养汤汁后静卧。仍未脱离危险的溺水者，应尽快送往医院继续进行复苏处理及预防性治疗。
